本文根据平面阿苏尔组的型转化理论建立起一套完整的解析法求解多杆多自由度机构运动分析的流程模式。这种流程模式所使用的基本函数是非常简单的,仅包含单构件与双杆组两种型式。这种流程模式尚可推广用之于机构综合。文中以典型的阿苏尔三级杆组为例,说明了当独立转化约束m=1时杆组分解的步骤与方法。对m≥2之任意复杂杆组亦是适用的。对于阿苏尔组包含液压-气动原件的连杆机构,亦可应用相同的方法进行分析,文中有例题一则。
In this paper, a complete set of analytical methods to solve the motion analysis of multi-rod and multi-DOF mechanism is established based on the plane Asur group’s type transformation theory. The basic functions used in this process mode are very simple and include only two types of single-piece and double-rod sets. This process model can be promoted for institutional integration. In this paper, the typical Azure triple-rod system is taken as an example to illustrate the steps and methods for decomposing the rod group when the independent transformation constraint m = 1. It is also suitable for any complex bar group with m≥2. The same method can also be used for the analysis of the connecting rod mechanism of the Azul group which contains the hydraulic-pneumatic original. There is an example in the article.
