热挤压模具材料优化专家系统，遵循“满足使用要求，发挥材料潜力，经济技术合理”的原则，提出尽量合理的选材建议并给出被选材料的技术资料以作采购、加工和应用参考。系统包括用户信息输入、材料优化推理、用户技术文件管理、系统知识库管理和系统管理５大模块，采用规则或实例方法进行推理。系统由ＶｉｓｕａｌＦｏｘｐｒｏ３．０语言在中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５环境下开发，具有友好透明的用户界面，运行快捷，使用维护方便。
Hot extrusion die material optimization expert system, follow the principle of “meet the requirements of the use, the potential of the material, economic and technical reasonable” principle, put forward as far as reasonable material selection recommendations and given the selected material technical information for procurement, processing and application of reference. The system consists of five modules: user information input, material optimization reasoning, user technical document management, system knowledge base management and system management, and rules or instance methods. The system developed by Visual FoxPro 3.0 language in Chinese Windows 95 environment has a friendly and transparent user interface, running fast and easy to use and maintain.
