In the winter of 1990, when I was in the village of Shuanghe, Zhongxiang City, I lived in a village with Peng Wanquan, a member of the County Planning Commission. Under the influence of that, I also learned to write and submit articles. At that time, a manuscript went from “raw materials” to “finished products” through several processes: drafting, revising, reputation building, loading envelopes, affixing stamps and sending them to the post office. The manuscript eventually went to the editing hands as few as 35 days, as many as ten days, time-consuming, laborious. Some articles have passed the time limit, the news has become the old news, plus my handwriting is not standardized, the adoption rate is quite low.
