伴随我国经济发展及科技水平的不断提升,冶金工业开始从传统的手工生产向自动化生产转变。本文通过对轧制自动化关键技术的应用现状进行分析,对其中所存在的优势和不足予以分析,并指出轧制自动化技术未来发展前景,分别基于云计算、物联网、及大数据等,向切实服务于装备制造业的绿色化、信息化及智能化方向为之探讨;不仅要对传统的效率、质量及精度方面的问题给与解决,还要在轧制自动化技术未来发展中,将全流程信息化概念和技术进行紧密融合,并将关注重点放置于长期依赖进口的关键技术及装备,更好的予以消化吸收。
With China’s economic development and continuous improvement of science and technology, the metallurgical industry began to shift from the traditional manual production to automated production. This paper analyzes the application status of the key technologies of rolling automation and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the rolling automation and points out the future development of the rolling automation technology. Based on cloud computing, Internet of Things and big data, Service equipment manufacturing industry in the green, informatization and intelligent direction for its discussion; not only to the traditional efficiency, quality and accuracy of the problem to be addressed, but also in the rolling automation technology in the future development, the whole process Information technology and concepts closely integrated, and will focus on the long-term dependence on imports of key technologies and equipment, better to be digested and absorbed.
