本文借助心脏模型探讨了99mTc-MIBI心肌断层定量显像分析方法,容积定量分析所计算的心肌缺损体积和靶心图法计算的心肌缺损面积均与模型真实值非常接近(P>0.05)。91例心梗患者同时进行了心肌断层及心血池心功能显像,定量分析获得的心肌梗塞体积分数与面积分数同患者左心功能呈明显负相关。64例冠心病患者体外反搏治疗后,心肌缺血范围明显减少。结果提示,心肌定量分析是判断冠心病病变范围、功能及评价疗效的重要方法之一。
In this paper, the cardiac imaging was used to analyze the 99mTc-MIBI quantitative myocardial tomography. The volumes of myocardial defect and the area of myocardial defect calculated by the bull’s-eye volumetric method were very close to the real values of the model (P> 0.05). 91 patients with myocardial infarction at the same time myocardial infarction and cardiac function imaging, quantitative analysis of myocardial infarction volume fraction and area scores with left ventricular function was negatively correlated. 64 cases of coronary heart disease in vitro counterpulsation after treatment, myocardial ischemia decreased significantly. The results suggest that quantitative myocardial analysis is to determine the extent of coronary heart disease, function and evaluation of one of the important ways.
