本实验对鲫(Carassius auratus,♀)×禾花鱼(Procypris merus,♂)的杂交进行了研究,并比较分析杂交子一代(F1代)及其亲本的形态特征。结果显示:杂交获得杂种F1的受精率为92.5%、孵化率为89.3%,成活率82.9%。6月龄F1代7项测定的可数性状均偏向母本;可量性状中F1有5项偏向母本,2项偏向父本,1项超父母本。聚类分析显示F1可量性状和可数性状均接近于母本,而与父本差异较大。判别分析也显示F1形态更为接近母本,各组判别准确率为鲫83.3%,禾花鱼100%,F170%。结果表明,杂交F1形态表现较多的母性遗传特征,母本鲫对杂交F1遗传特性的影响强于父本禾花鱼。
In this study, the hybridization of Carassius auratus, Procypris merus (♂) was studied, and the morphological characteristics of hybrid F1 (F1 generation) and its parents were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the F1 hybrids obtained by hybridization had a fertilization rate of 92.5%, a hatching rate of 89.3% and a survival rate of 82.9%. The countable traits of 7 generations of F1 generation at 6-month-old tended to bias the female parent. In the measurable trait F1, there were 5 biased parents, 2 biased parents and 1 super-parents. Cluster analysis showed that both the quantitative trait and the countable trait of F1 were close to the female parent, but different from the male parent. Discriminant analysis also showed that the F1 morphology was closer to the female parent, and the discriminant accuracy of each group was 83.3% for crucian carp, 100% for grass carp and F170%. The results showed that the hybrid F1 showed more maternal genetic characteristics, and the female parent Carassius auratus had a stronger influence on the genetic characteristics of F1 hybrids than that of the male parent.
