目的对某部下辖5个医疗机构的X射线计算机断层摄影装置进行质量控制检测并检测相应机房的防护状况,保护患者和工作人员的健康。方法依据国家相关标准规范进行监测。结果所检X射线计算机断层摄影装置中,不合格项目主要是CT值(水)、噪声、低对比分辨力和CT值线性,其中CT值线性合格率最低。机房防护状况良好,但普遍存在堆放杂物的现象。结论必须加强放射法规宣传教育力度,通过监督监测,提高医疗机构的放射防护水平。
