目的:评价溴吡斯的明纳米乳(PNE)的体外释药行为。方法:选用油酸乙酯为油相,司盘80∶聚山梨酯80=2∶1为混合乳化剂,PEG400为助乳化剂,采用加水滴定法制备PNE,采用动态透析技术研究PNE在不同释放介质中的释药行为,高效液相法测定PB的释放度,拟合其释药模型,相似因子法比较释放曲线间的相似性。结果:PNE与PB在释放介质(0.1 mol·L-1的HCl、pH6.8、pH7.4、pH7.8的PBS)中的释放行为均符合Weibull模型,PNE在4种释放介质中的释放行为均相似,但其与PB在相同释放介质中的释放行为有显著性差异。结论:PNE改善了PB的释放行为,PNE的释放较PB显著减缓,具有一定的缓释作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the in vitro release behavior of dibenzylin nanoemulsion (PNE). Methods: Ethyl oleate as the oil phase, Span 80: polysorbate 80 = 2: 1 as the mixed emulsifier and PEG400 as the co-emulsifier, PNE was prepared by adding water titration. The dynamic dialysis technique was used to study the effect of PNE on different release The release behavior of PB was measured by HPLC. The release of PB was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the drug release model was fitted. The similarities were compared by similarity factor method. Results: The release behaviors of PNE and PB in the release medium (0.1 mol·L-1 HCl, pH6.8, pH7.4, pH7.8 PBS) were in accordance with the Weibull model. CONCLUSION: PNE improves the release behavior of PB, PNE release significantly slower than PB, with a certain degree of sustained release.
