对材料的适应性强是挤压铸造的优点之一,如硬铝合金(LY11)本是一种难以铸造的合金,但它可采用挤压铸造,就正说明这点。本文通过我公司摩托车零件的生产实践,叙述硬铝合金(LY11)的挤压铸造能消除组织和性能的方向性,并使其综合机械性能达到或接近同种合金锻件水平。此外,它还能细化显微组织、消除气孔、疏松等铸造缺陷。挤压铸造确是一种有发展前景的新工艺。
Strong adaptability to materials is one of the advantages of squeeze casting. For example, hard aluminum (LY11) is an alloy that is difficult to cast, but it can be squeezed and cast to illustrate this point. In this paper, through the production practice of motorcycle parts in our company, the extrusion casting of hard aluminum alloy (LY11) is described to eliminate the directionality of the structure and properties and to make the overall mechanical performance reach or approach the level of the same alloy forgings. In addition, it can refine the microstructure, eliminate porosity, porosity and other casting defects. Squeeze casting is indeed a promising new technology.
