目的筛选并优化莱菔子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量作为考察指标,对加水量,溶剂pH值,干燥温度为因素优选莱菔子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐水煎煮法提取工艺。结果确定了芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取最佳工艺参数,即药材加6倍量水,溶剂pH值为5.5,干燥温度为60℃。结论按照最佳提取工艺验证,芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取率较高,该提取工艺简便,成本低,准确易行。
Objective To screen and optimize the extraction process of sinapine thiocyanate in Radix. Methods The orthogonal design was used to determine the content of thiocyanate in sinapine, and the extraction process of sinaponin thiocyanate decoction method was optimized for the factors such as water addition, solvent pH and drying temperature. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters for the extraction of sinapine thiocyanate were as follows: medicinal material plus 6 times the amount of water, solvent pH value 5.5, drying temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion According to the best extraction process to verify, the extraction rate of sinapine thiocyanate is high, the extraction process is simple, low cost, accurate and easy.
