目前空管区域飞行大流量、高密度运行已成常态化。但是某些管制区远端甚高频、通信接入系统、终端内话系统却无法全面实现全方位的备份,对安全生产运行的保障能力薄弱,抗风险能力不足。本文从远端甚高频源、通信接入设备以及终端应急内话设备三方面入手,系统的分析各个因素,提出了三种系统结构解决方案,并对方案的优缺点进行了分析,确保运行安全,在系统结构上减少单一系统运行的风险。
At present, the large-volume and high-density operation of the ATC flight space has become normalized. However, in some controlled areas, the remote VHF, communication access system, and internal terminal system can not fully implement all-round backup, and their ability to support safe operation is weak and the anti-risk capability is insufficient. This article starts with three aspects: remote VHF source, communication access equipment and terminal emergency internal call equipment, systematically analyzes various factors, proposes three system structure solutions, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the solution to ensure the operation safety, In the system structure to reduce the risk of a single system operation.
