近年来,我市职业院校在贯彻“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产教结合道路”的办学指导思想中,高职生在2~3年的学生生涯中往往偏重专业技能的学习实践,对职业价值观学习缺乏重视,以及传统思想政治理论课枯燥乏味,脱离实际等问题。如何培养我市财经类高职生的职业价值观就成为高职教育研究的重要课题。本文分析了我市财经类高职毕业生目前职业价值观的现状,并提出了在实践教学中的职业价值观培育途径。

How to cultivate the professional values of finance and economics students in our city has become an important issue in the study of higher vocational education. This article analyzes the status quo of occupational values of finance and economics vocational graduates in our city at present and puts forward the way of cultivating professional values in practice teaching.
