从未来的发展趋势看,仅仅靠政府投资来拉动需求是远远不够的,只有调动起民间投资主体的积极性,以投资启动消费,从而形成扩大内需的合力,才能使国民经济保持持续稳定地增长,使增长的基础更加牢固。我国加入世贸组织为民营经济拓展了更大的发展空间,为民营企业进军国际市场提供了巨大的历史机遇。产业结构调整升级为民间投资提供了更大的产业选择空间,进而为职工就业提供更多的岗位机遇。投资环境的改善为民营企业营造了更大的利润空间,进而成为不断增长的财政收入的一个主要来源。
