以双内眦距和双外眦距计算瞳孔距离。经185例正常人的测算,计算瞳距和实际瞳距在各年龄组均很接近,无显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。95.67%被检查的两值相差在2毫米以内。75例斜视者用此法测算,内斜视和外斜视的计算瞳距比实际瞳距差2毫米以上的分别有20.51%和22.22%,但最大相差3.9毫米。虽然球镜移位可产生三棱镜效应,但此法用于幼年的斜视者是一种简便、可行的方法。
Calculate the pupil distance with double inner distance and double outer distance.
