针对目前市场上变频恒压供水系统存在水泵运行状态和变频器频率无法在线查看和设备操作不安全的缺点,提出采用人机界面作为系统的末端控制设备。通过PLC接线图的设计、PLC程序编写、变频器参数设定与连接、HMI设计、以及HMI与PLC通信连接,实现了对原系统的优化改造。在现场经过多次运行测试,这套系统人机界面友好、运行稳定、操作简单、安全可靠、达到了设计要求,具有较强的实用价值。
In view of the shortcomings of the current frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system such as the running state of the pump and the inability of the inverter frequency to be online and the unsafe operation of the equipment, a man-machine interface is proposed as the end control device of the system. Through the PLC wiring diagram design, PLC programming, inverter parameter setting and connection, HMI design, and HMI and PLC communication connection, to achieve the original system optimization and transformation. After several running tests in the field, this system has a friendly man-machine interface, stable operation, simple operation, safe and reliable, meets the design requirements and has strong practical value.
