采用人型支原体16s rDNA的特异引物,对从郑州大学附属医院妇科门诊患者分离到的30株阴道毛滴虫进行PCR检测,结果有25株感染人型支原体,感染率为83.33%,这显示了阴道毛滴虫和人型支原体之间的共生关系在中国具有普遍性。并对10株阴道毛滴虫(5株人型支原体阳性和5株人型支原体阴性)的铁氧还蛋白(Fd)基因进行测序,探讨人型支原体对Fd基因的影响,结果发现10株阴道毛滴虫的Fd基因完全相同,但与GenBank中的基因进行比较分析,在第200位多出ctg三个碱基,编码亮氨酸,但并未导致读码框架改变。基因同源性为99%。
Using the specific primer of Mycoplasma hominis 16s rDNA, 30 strains of Trichomonas vaginalis isolated from gynecology clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were detected by PCR. As a result, 25 strains were infected with Mycoplasma hominis and the infection rate was 83.33% The symbiotic relationship between Trichomonas vaginalis and Mycoplasma hominis is universal in China. And 10 strains of Trichomonas vaginalis (5 strains of Mycoplasma positive and 5 strains of Mycoplasma hominis negative) ferredoxin (Fd) gene sequencing to explore the impact of Mycoplasma hominis on Fd gene and found that 10 strains of the vagina Trichomonas vaginalis Fd gene identical, but compared with the gene in GenBank comparative analysis at the 200th more ctg three bases, encoding leucine, but did not lead to changes in reading frame. Gene homology was 99%.
