[目的]探讨生长分化因子15 (GDF‐15) miRNA在宫颈癌患者血清中的表达及其意义.[方法]选择2012年5月至2016年3月在本院诊治的64例宫颈癌患者(宫颈癌组)和54例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN )患者(CIN组) ,另外选取同期在本院体检健康者 46例作为对照组.采用 RT‐PCR法检测三组受试者血清GDF‐15 miRNA表达量,并分析GDF‐15 miRNA表达量与宫颈癌患者临床病理及预后的关系.[结果]宫颈癌组患者血清GDF‐15 miRNA表达量为(3 .12 ± 1 .11 ) ,高于CIN 组的1 .97 ± 0 .53和健康对照组的1 .07 ± 0 .37 ;宫颈癌患者血清GDF‐15 miRNA表达与年龄、病理类型和肿瘤大小无关( P >0 .05) ,与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移和分化程度有关( P <0 .05) .对64例宫颈癌患者进行3年跟踪随访,45例(70 .31%)幸存,19例(9.69%)死亡,平均生存时间(29 .39 ± 1 .36)个月;GDF‐15 miRNA>3 .12宫颈癌患者总生存时间为(25 .87 ± 2 .27)个月,明显少于 GDF‐15 miRNA ≤3 .12的(32 .50 ± 1 .39 )个月,其差异均有统计学意义( P < 0 .05 ) .[结论]宫颈癌患者血清GDF‐15 miRNA表达量升高,并与患者FIGO 分期、淋巴结转移和分化程度有关;对GDF‐15进行监测有助于宫颈癌患者预后评估.“,”To investigate the expression and significance of grow th differentiation factor 15 (GDF‐15) miRNA in serum of patients with cervical cancer .[M ethods]Sixty‐four patients with cervical cancer (cervical cancer group ) and 54 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN ) (CIN group) were enrolled in our hospital from M ay 2012 to M arch 2016 .Forty‐six healthy subjects in the hospital were used as a control group .T he expression of GDF‐15 miRNA in serum of three groups was detected by RT‐PCR ,and the relation‐ship between GDF‐15 miRNA expression and clinical pathology and prognosis of cervical cancer patients was analyzed .[Results] T he expression of serum GDF‐15 miRNA in cervical cancer patients was (3 .12 ± 1 .11) , w hich was higher than 1 .97 ± 0 .53 in the CIN group and 1 .07 ± 0 .37 in the healthy control group .T he expres‐sion of serum GDF‐15 miRNA in cervical cancer patients was not correlated with age ,pathological type and tumor size ( P >0 .05) ,and was associated with FIGO stage ,lymph node metastasis and differentiation ( P<0 .05).Sixty‐four patients with cervical cancer were followed up for 3 years .45 patients (70 .31%) survived , 19 patients (9 .69%) died ,and the average survival time was (29 .39 ± 1 .36) months .T he total survival time of patients with GDF‐15 miRNA>3 .12 cervical cancer was 25 .87( ± 2 .27) months ,w hich was significantly less than that of GDF‐15 miRNA≤3 .12 (32 .50 ± 1 .39 months) ,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0 .05).[Conclusion] T he expression of serum GDF‐15 microRNAs increases in cervical cancer patients ,w hich is related to FIGO staging ,lymph node metastasis and differentiation .Monitoring GDF‐15 is helpful to evalu‐ate the prognosis of cervical cancer patients .
