[目的]探讨同步辐射相衬成像技术在大鼠脑微血管网络研究中的应用.[方法]不使用造影剂对5只SD大鼠进行灌注取脑,处理后基于同步辐射相衬成像技术进行扫描成像,使用滤波反算法及成像软件进行多角度多平面重建.[结果]建立了从投影图、二维切片到全脑血管网络3D图像的完整可视化体系,进一步提取全脑血管网络骨架,获取不同色阶表征的3D血管网络渲染图像.[结论]脑微血管可视化体系的建立为多平面多角度解析全脑和局部靶区域的3D血供配布情况提供了新的影像学依据,为脑血管病的研究提供了有力的技术支撑.“,”To explore the application of synchrotron radiation phase contrast imaging in the study of rat brain microvascular network .[M ethods]Five SD rats were perfused without contrast medium to obtain brain , and then scanned and imaged based on synchrotron radiation phase contrast imaging technology .M ultidimensional multi‐plane reconstruction was performed using filtering algorithm and imaging software .[Results]A complete vi‐sualization system from projection map ,two‐dimensional slice to 3D image of w hole cerebrovascular network was established .T he skeleton of whole cerebrovascular network was further extracted and the rendered images of dif‐ferent color levels were obtained .[Conclusion]T he establishment of brain microvascular visualization system pro‐vides a new imaging basis for multi‐plane and multi‐angle analysis of 3D blood supply distribution in the whole brain and local target areas ,and provides a powerful technical support for the study of cerebrovascular diseases .
