目的:研究绞股蓝提取液对老年大鼠皮肤组织中羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:将W istar大鼠随机分成3组:青年对照组、老年空白组、绞股蓝给药组。并分别予以生理盐水NS(20mL/kg),绞股蓝提取液2g/kg灌胃,30天后以生化分析方法测定皮肤组织中SOD活性,HYP含量,并探讨绞股蓝延缓大鼠皮肤衰老的机理。结果:与青年对照组比较,老年空白组皮肤组织中SOD活性明显降低,羟脯氨酸含量显著减少(P<0.01)。与老年空白组比较,绞股蓝组对羟脯氨酸含量无显著提高作用(P>0.05);绞股蓝组提高SOD活性含量。结论:绞股蓝提取液对大鼠皮肤衰老具有延缓的作用。其机制可能通过提高SOD活性以及皮肤中羟脯氨酸的含量来延缓皮肤衰老。
Objective: To study the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract on hydroxyproline (HYP) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in aged rats. Methods: W istar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: young control group, aged blank group, and Gynostemma group. The normal saline NS (20mL/kg) and Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract 2g/kg were intragastrically administered. After 30 days, SOD activity and HYP content in skin tissue were measured by biochemical analysis. The mechanism of Gynostemma quinquefasciae senescence in rats was also investigated. RESULTS: Compared with the young control group, the SOD activity in the senile blank group was significantly decreased, and the hydroxyproline content was significantly reduced (P<0.01). Compared with the aged blank group, the Gynostemma group did not significantly increase the hydroxyproline content (P>0.05); the Gynostemma group increased the SOD activity content. Conclusion: Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract can delay the skin aging in rats. The mechanism may delay skin aging by increasing SOD activity and hydroxyproline content in the skin.
