陈永清,研究员,1959年2月毕业于哈军工炮兵雷达专业,长期从事军用雷达的研制工作。1981年开始,先后承担多型我海军的护卫舰作战情报指挥系统和作战系统的研制工作,使我国护卫舰有了能对传感器信息综合处理、情报信息共享、辅助作战决策和对武器系统进行目标指示和控制的现代化作战系统,彻底改变了落后的眼看、耳听、手抄和口报的作战指挥和各武器完全自成系统的工作方式,提高了舰艇作战反应速度和效率。他曾担任我出口泰国的F25T护卫舰(即“纳莱颂恩”级护卫舰)副总设计师,分管全舰作战系统。不久前,本刊记者就护卫舰作战系统的有关问题采访了陈总。
