北京新机场航站楼建筑规模宏大、主体结构体系复杂、地层土质不均匀、航站楼中心区地下2层设有高铁和地铁车站且高铁等轨道贯穿,因此本工程基础采用基于差异变形控制准则确定的桩筏基础设计方案。通过对勘察报告地层参数指标和试验桩数据的分析,比选确定基桩桩型、桩端持力层与桩长、成桩施工工艺及后注浆工艺参数,考虑基桩-筏板基础-地基协同作用并依据岩土工程数值计算分析结果指导桩基设计方案的调整优化,经过多次反复迭代循环,最终所确定的桩筏基础设计方案满足建筑基础沉降变形控制的严格要求。
