最近中国利用常规杂交法已获得水稻×高粱(Guangyu等,1979)及水稻×小麦(Xihua等,1981)杂种,旨在获得水稻的大穗、多粒、高光效性状以及增强其抗旱性.对水稻×高粱杂种的形态学(Deming等,1975)、同功酶(Guangyu等,1980)、染色体和DNA(Guangyu等,1981)的研究已证实该杂种与水稻亲本相似.水稻×小麦杂种的形态学和生理学研究也证实杂种与水稻亲本相似,但有许多性状与双亲不同,可以认为属于Oryticum属Oryzoides种,其杂种为Oryticum Oryzoides(Jingquan和Yaolong,1980).
Recently, hybrids of rice × sorghum (Guangyu et al., 1979) and rice × wheat (Xihua et al., 1981) have been obtained by conventional hybridization in China, aiming to obtain large panicle, multi grain, high light efficiency traits and increase drought resistance in rice. Morphology of rice × sorghum hybrids (Deming et al., 1975), isozymes (Guangyu et al., 1980), chromosomal and DNA studies (Guangyu et al., 1981) have confirmed that the hybrid is similar to rice parents. Studies of physiology and physiology have also confirmed that hybrids are similar to rice parents, but many of them are different from their parents. They are considered to be Oryticides species Oryzoides and their hybrids are Oryticum Oryzoides (Jingquan and Yaolong 1980).
