补肾通督胶囊对胶原诱导关节炎大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响

目的观察补肾通督胶囊对胶原诱导关节炎大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响。方法将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、补肾通督胶囊低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和雷公藤组6组。第1天在大鼠尾巴基底部的松弛皮肤,皮下注射含有300μgⅡ型胶原蛋白的乳化剂,7d后,皮下再次注射含有100μgⅡ型胶原蛋白的乳化剂,造成胶原诱导关节炎模型。从第13天开始灌胃给药18d,在第31天检测各组大鼠的血清CRH、ACTH和CORT。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠的血清CRH、ACTH和CORT的水平皆有显著降低(P〈0.01)
