在多年思考和研究学校管理的过程中,我越来越感到教育与管理的冲突问题值得关注,也就自然地将二者各自的特点和它们之间的关系作为研究对象,并由此生成了“教育性管理”或“管理的教育性”的命题。
In my years of thinking and studying the management of schools, I feel more and more that the conflict between education and management deserves our attention. Naturally, the respective characteristics of the two and the relations between them are the objects of study and the result is that “Educational management ” or “educational management ” proposition.
