随着交通运输行业的不断发展,交通咨询单位承担的项目越来越多,项目的复杂程度也越来越高,交通咨询单位的人员越来越多,项目往往面临着时间紧、任务重、人手不够等问题。针对交通咨询单位在发展中面临的诸多普遍问题,笔者建议从管理和制度两个方面来着手,将目标管理、质量管理和进度管理相结合,全面推行咨询单位的项目管理制度。
With the continuous development of the transportation industry, more and more projects are being undertaken by traffic consultants, the complexity of the project is getting higher and higher. There are more and more personnel in the traffic consultant units. The projects are often faced with time constraints, heavy tasks, Not enough manpower and other issues. Aiming at many common problems faced by traffic consultation units in the development, the author suggests to start from two aspects of management and system, combine the goal management, quality management and progress management, and implement the project management system of the consulting unit in an all-round way.
