溴鼠隆,别名大隆,是一种灭鼠药[1]。现对辽宁省本溪市桓仁县人民医院传染科去年治疗2名误服溴鼠隆中毒被误诊为流行性出血热病例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组男1例,58岁,女1例,56岁,二者为夫妻,发病2d,均有发热,分别为38.4℃和37.8℃,均有出血倾向,广泛皮下瘀点,男患双腋下呈搔抓样瘀点,且伴有肉眼血尿,余格检查无异常。既往健康,无服用抗凝药物史。1.2辅助检查血常规:白细胞轻度增高,血小板正常,凝血系列:PT、APTT明显延长,ATP明显减低,出血热IgM
