研究了一种新的水基压裂液即钛冻胶水基压裂液。这种压裂液是以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作成胶剂,以无机钛化合物作交联剂,加入适量的破胶剂和防乳剂配成。这种压裂液的特点是粘度高、摩阻低、滤失系数小、可在指定的时间水化,水化后残液无渣、粘度低、不与油乳化,因而易于从地层排出。作为交联剂的无机钛化合物可在破胶水化后作为粘土防膨剂,从而使这种水基压裂液特别适用于压裂粘土含量高的地层。本文研究了影响钛冻胶的各种因素(包括成胶液的pH,PAM的分子量、水解度和浓度,成胶液与交联液的配此,温度,配制用水的矿化度)和钛冻胶作为压裂液的使用性能,证实这种冻胶比硼冻胶优越。
A new water-based fracturing fluid, titanium gel-based fracturing fluid, was studied. This fracturing fluid is made of polyacrylamide (PAM) as a glue to inorganic titanium compound as a cross-linking agent, adding an appropriate amount of breaker and anti-emulsion dubbed. The fracturing fluid is characterized by high viscosity, low friction, filtration coefficient is small, can be hydrated at a specified time, residue after hydration without residue, low viscosity, not oil emulsion, which is easy to discharge from the formation. The inorganic titanium compound as a cross-linking agent can act as a clay anti-swelling agent after breaking the glue, thereby making this water-based fracturing fluid particularly suitable for fracturing clays of high clay content. In this paper, various factors affecting the titanium gel (including the pH of the gelatinizer, the molecular weight of PAM, the degree of hydrolysis and concentration, the ratio of the gelling agent to the crosslinking agent, the temperature and the salinity of the formulation water) Jelly as a fracturing fluid performance, confirmed that the jelly glue superior than the jelly.
