On April 14, 2014, the State Radio Monitoring Center and the State Radio Spectrum Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) held the “Training Course for General Cadres in the Central Government Office to Study and Implement the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Speech Series” held in Beijing. 66 cadres at and above the center attended the training.
