为研究端粒酶逆转录酶基因hTERT在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)组织中的表达,探讨其与TCC生物学行为的关系,应用兔抗人hTERT多克隆抗体及S-P免疫组化法检测其在56例TCC及10例正常膀胱粘膜组织的表达情况。结果显示,hTERT在TCC中阳性表达率为64.3%,与正常膀胱粘膜组织表达率0%相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。hTERT阳性表达率与TCC病理分级、临床分期及复发有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:端粒酶逆转录酶基因hTERT表达异常可能与膀胱肿瘤的发生、发展有关,检测hTERT表达可作为预测膀胱肿瘤预测复发的潜在指标。
To investigate the expression of telomerase reverse transcriptase gene hTERT in transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder (TCC) and its relationship with the biological behavior of TCC, the anti-human hTERT polyclonal antibody and SP immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of hTERT 56 cases of TCC and 10 cases of normal bladder mucosa expression. The results showed that the positive rate of hTERT in TCC was 64.3%, which was significantly different from that in normal bladder mucosa (0%) (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of hTERT was significantly correlated with the pathological grade, clinical stage and recurrence of TCC (P <0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of telomerase reverse transcriptase gene hTERT may be related to the occurrence and development of bladder tumor. Detection of hTERT expression may be used as a potential index to predict the recurrence of bladder cancer.
