对引种于云南澄江的3个南高丛蓝莓品种果实采后质量变化动态及储藏期进行了研究。结果表明:在常温及4℃条件下,3个蓝莓品种中,“奥尼尔”的质量变化总量最大,储藏期最短;“密斯黛”的质量变化总量最小,是最耐储藏的品种;“夏普蓝”的质量变化总量及储藏期居中。
The dynamic changes of postharvest fruit quality and storage period of three blueberry cultivars introduced in Chengjiang of Yunnan Province were studied. The results showed that among the three blueberry cultivars, “O’Neil” had the largest total mass change and the shortest storage period under the conditions of normal temperature and 4 ℃. “Misty” had the least mass change and was the most resistant to storage Of the varieties; “Sharp Blue ” quality changes in the total amount and storage period.
