党内民主是党的生命,党务公开是党内民主的重要内容。近年来,潍坊市寒亭区积极适应农村经济社会发展新形势,在全国率先创建开通了党务村务公开民主管理信息网,以现代信息技术作保障,以网络为载体,以“四公开两监督”为基本规范,对党务村务全部实行网上公开,构建起党务村务公开运行新机制。
