目的:了解我县餐饮、公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况,为制定我县乙型肝炎防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法对2005/2009年从业人员HBsAg携带情况进行检测并作统计分析。结果:从业人员2005/2009年HBsAg阳性率平均为1.77%,低于全国水平;餐饮、公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为1.76%、1.78%,差异无统计学意义;不同经营性质的餐饮行业从业人员中HBsAg阳性率也不相同,有统计学差异。结论:广泛宣传乙肝防治知识,推广乙肝疫苗接种,保护广大人民群众的身体健康。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the situation of HBsAg carriers in restaurants and public places, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of hepatitis B prevention and treatment measures in our county. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect HBsAg carriers in 2005/2009 and make statistics analysis. Results: The average positive rate of HBsAg in employees from 2005 to 2009 was 1.77%, lower than the national level. The positive rates of HBsAg in catering and public places were 1.76% and 1.78%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the catering industry HBsAg-positive rate of employees is not the same, with statistical differences. Conclusion: To widely publicize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B, promote hepatitis B vaccination and protect the general public’s health.
