[目的]应用动态液相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术建立蔬菜中3种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、甲基对硫磷和对硫磷)的分析方法。[方法]蔬菜样品经搅拌打碎取滤汁后,用优化后的动态液相微萃取提取,采用气相色谱法进行测定。[结果]通过优化,3种有机磷农药的线性范围均为0.50~5.00μg/ml,回收率为85.2%~104.4%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.0%~6.5%,检出限(3S/N)为0.095~0.160μg/g。[结论]该方法适合用于蔬菜中有机磷农药的快速检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the analysis of three organophosphorus pesticides (dichlorvos, methyl parathion and parathion) in vegetables by using dynamic liquid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography. [Method] The vegetable samples were disrupted and filtered to obtain the filtered juice. The samples were extracted with the optimized dynamic liquid-phase microextraction and determined by gas chromatography. [Result] The linear range of the three kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were 0.50-5.50μg / ml, the recoveries were 85.2% -104.4% and the relative standard deviations (n = 7) were 1.0% -6.5%. The detection limits (3S / N) was 0.095 ~ 0.160μg / g. [Conclusion] The method was suitable for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables.
