本研究采用放射配基结合法(RBA),检定了正常与暴露于正加速度作用下的大鼠心肌细胞膜组织的B-肾上腺素受体密度。结合心肌组织c-AMP 含量,血浆儿茶酚胺含量的测定,观察分析了大鼠在受到离心机作用时所呈现的不同的加速度耐力与β-受体结合容量变化的相关关系及其规律。结果表明,受离心机体作用的大鼠,心肌膜B-受体的最大结合容量(Bmax)均有不同程度的减少。耐力高低,与受体Bmax 值的减少程度有明显的关系。心肌c-AMP 含量的变化与受体变化一致。血浆儿茶酚胺水平的变化与受体的变化相反。并对结果的意义进行了初步探讨。
In this study, radioligand binding assay (RBA) was used to determine the B-adrenoceptor density in rat cardiomyocytes in normal and exposed to positive acceleration. According to the determination of c-AMP content in myocardium and plasma catecholamine content, the relationship and regularity of different acceleration endurance and β-receptor binding capacity in rats exposed to centrifuge were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the maximal binding capacity (Bmax) of myocardial B-receptors decreased to some extent in rats subjected to centrifuge. The level of endurance was significantly correlated with the degree of decrease of Bmax. Changes in myocardial c-AMP content and receptor changes. Changes in plasma catecholamine levels and receptor changes in the opposite. And the significance of the results of a preliminary discussion.
