针对欧盟和美国反垄断法域外适用原则多样化的发展趋势,我国立法者应采它山之石,赋予反垄断法一定的域外效力,使之成为维护公平竞争秩序的有利武器。
Aiming at the diversified development trend of the extraterritorial application of the antitrust law in the EU and the United States, our country’s legislators should adopt the unavoidable influence of the antitrust law and make it an advantageous weapon for maintaining a fair competition order.
