OE—3电子延时器是波兰KWB—3RDS型双滚筒采煤机配套的电气装置,它可使采煤机的两台拖动电机按一定时间间隔顺序起动,克服两台电机同时起动时,对电网的大电流冲击。这对安全用电、合理用电、延长采煤机使用寿命和降低控制开关容量,有重要意义。OE—3型电子延时器,采用间歇振荡触发可控硅的延时方式,原电路见煤炭工业出版社出版的《国外采煤工作面综合机械化设备》电气设备525页。电路比较复杂,维修也不方便。我矿全部用国产元器件,对OE—3电子延时器作了改造,结构和电路都比较简单,维修方便。经过半年多试用,证明它的性能稳定可靠,延时精度高,其工作原理如下: 波兰采煤机控制电路示于图1。控制变压器B设置在采煤机控制箱内,初级(1000V)连接在总磁力起动器(OW—1204)负荷线侧。第二台电机2M受控制箱内真空开关St的控制。
