智力残疾人是一个特殊人群,通过参加体育锻炼、特奥训练,可以增强他们学习能力、运动能力、智力水平、逐步提高适应值使之趋于健全人,最终适应社会生活,实现自我价值、尊严和荣誉感。本文就智力残疾人参与特奥训练,以及采用的训练手段、运动的训练方法、设定的运动量、评价训练过程等问题展开实证研究。利用多次参加全国特奥田径比赛获得优异成绩的运动员、教练员的训练经验构建一个特奥田径运动员、教练员训练和培养过程的运动体系,以此期望对特奥训练工作提供参考。
People with intellectual disabilities are a special group of people. By participating in physical training and special Olympics training, they can enhance their ability of learning, exercise and intelligence, and gradually improve their fitness value to make them fit and healthy. Eventually, they adapt to social life and realize self-worth and dignity And a sense of honor. In this paper, empirical research is carried out on the participation of intellectual disabled persons in Special Olympics training, as well as the training methods, training methods, the amount of exercise set up and the process of evaluation training. Using the training experience of athletes and coaches who have won many times in the national special Olympics athletics competitions, we construct a sports system of Special Olympics track and field athletes, coaches training and training process, and hope to provide reference for the training of Special Olympics athletes.
