China Highway Society Road Engineering Society cement concrete pavement group was founded in December 8, 1987 to 10 in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Attending the meeting were 95 members and representatives from 55 units including transportation, urban construction, forestry, factories, mines, civil aviation, military units, building materials, manufacturers and tertiary institutions. Received 24 exchange of information. After consultation and decision, the Ministry of Communications Highway Planning and Design Institute, Tongji University, 19 units as Executive Committee units.
