China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced that the country will step up efforts to expedite technological research on the construction and application of new infrastructure. The ministry suggested that more support be provided to the research and development of 5G enhancement technology and 6G technology while promoting accurate matching of technological innovation with industrial， capital and policy chains.
