针对压实的羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料在水中会发生崩裂,采用水蒸汽处理方法,利用XRD、FTIR和SEM对处理前后块体复合材料的组成、结构和断面形态进行分析,考察了温度和处理时间对复合材料压片抗水情况的影响。结果表明,水蒸汽处理可以促进复合材料分子间氢键的形成并有利于HA的Ca2+与壳聚糖的-NH2和-OH离子间络合作用的增强,从而防止羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料薄片遇水时发生崩裂,抗水性能得到提高,在这一过程中水蒸汽压或温度是主要影响因素。
The compacting hydroxyapatite / chitosan composite material was cracked in water, and the composition, structure and cross-section morphology of the composites were analyzed by XRD, FTIR and SEM.
