目的探讨初发高血压病患者血压昼夜节律变化与动脉弹性的关系。方法将186例初发原发性高血压病患者按照24 h动态血压检测结果分为A、B两组:A组为杓形组,共71例;B组为非杓形组,共115例,分别检测血清超敏C反应蛋白和动脉弹性水平。结果 B组的超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于A组[(6.97±13.17)mg/L vs(2.34±1.49)mg/L,P<0.01],B组的踝肱脉搏波传导速度明显高于A组[(1 603.35±213.26)cm/s vs(1 340.10±265.76)cm/s,P<0.01],B组患者和A组踝臂指数(ABI)差异无统计学意义(1.21±0.24 vs 1.13±0.18)。结论初发高血压病患者血压昼夜节律变化与炎症反应、动脉弹性关系密切。
Objective To investigate the relationship between circadian rhythm of blood pressure and arterial elasticity in patients with essential hypertension.
