我国自成立森林资源监督机构以来，对有效控制森林资源的过量消耗，减少资源浪费，起到了一定的积极作用，但国有森工企业局超采现象仍普遍存在。通过认真分析当前森林资源监督工作中存在的问题和产生原因，提出改进资源监督办法，是提高森林资源监督工作水平，实现我国森林资源可持续发展的一个不可忽视的问题。
Since the establishment of the forest resources supervision institution in our country, our country played an active role in effectively controlling the excessive consumption of forest resources and reducing the waste of resources. However, the oversupply of the State-owned Forest Industry and Commerce Bureau still prevails.
