运动负荷的控制一直是训练过程中的一个十分重要的内容,其中负荷强度已成为八十年代以来训练诸因素中的首要因素,成为表现运动成绩最重要、最直接的因素。多年来的训练实践和研究证明,在一定的训练阶段使用最大的或极限性负荷已成为一种规范(马特维也夫1991)。突出强度的训练更为有效和经济,只注重负荷量,而不把强度放在重要位置,要想取得优异成绩是不现实的。如何有郊地控制负荷量度成为国内外体育界面临的一个重要课题,各国都在努力实践和探索之中。
Control of exercise load has always been a very important part of the training process. The load strength has become the primary factor in all training factors since the 1980s and has become the most important and direct factor in sports performance. Years of training practice and research have demonstrated that the use of maximum or ultimate loads during a certain training phase has become a norm (Matveviev 1991). Outstanding intensity of training is more effective and economical, focusing on the load, rather than the intensity on the important position, in order to achieve excellent results is unrealistic. How to control the load of the suburbs has become an important issue facing the sports community at home and abroad, all countries are hard to practice and explore.
