目的:研究中药活性成分土槿乙酸对葡萄球菌生物膜形成的抑制作用。方法:采用肉汤培养法检测土槿乙酸对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌浮游细菌生长的影响;采用分光光度计检测法分析土槿乙酸对上述二菌株生物膜形成的影响。结果:30μg/ml土槿乙酸对两株葡萄球菌浮游细菌数量没有明显影响,但同样浓度下土槿乙酸能明显抑制细菌形成生物膜。金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜试验组与对照组A550值分别为1.03±0.12和0.26±0.03(P<0.05),表皮葡萄球菌生物膜相应数值为1.36±0.08和0.41±0.05(P<0.05),有统计学差异。结论:尽管土槿乙酸不能直接杀灭葡萄球菌,但对其生物膜形成有抑制作用,为进一步开发中药抗感染药物奠定基础。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of acetic acid, an active ingredient of Chinese traditional medicine, on the biofilm formation of Staphylococcus. Methods: The broth culture method was used to detect the effect of acetic acid of Hibiscus crispus on the growth of planktonic bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The effect of acetic acid of Hibiscus crispus on biofilm formation of the above two strains was analyzed by spectrophotometer. Results: 30μg / ml Hibiscus acetic acid had no significant effect on the quantity of planktonic bacteria in two strains of Staphylococcus aureus, but acetic acid of Hibiscus hibiscus inhibited the formation of bacteria biofilm at the same concentration. The A550 values of the Staphylococcus aureus biofilm test group and the control group were 1.03 ± 0.12 and 0.26 ± 0.03 (P <0.05), and the corresponding values of Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilms were 1.36 ± 0.08 and 0.41 ± 0.05 (P <0.05) Statistical differences. CONCLUSION: Although Hibiscus acetic acid can not directly kill Staphylococcus aureus, it can inhibit the formation of biofilm and lay the foundation for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine anti-infectives.
