目的探讨支气管哮喘患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中8-异前列腺素(8-iso-PG)的表达及其临床意义。方法哮喘急性发作患者30例,经治疗后达缓解期。另选取同期健康体检者30例作为对照组。检测哮喘患者急性发作期、缓解期及对照组EBC中8-iso-PG的表达,分析8-iso-PG水平与第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_1%预计值)的相关性。结果哮喘患者急性发作期的FEV_1%预计值为(96.54±12.36)%,高于对照组的(49.31±15.14)%(P<0.05)。哮喘患者急性发作期8-iso-PG水平为(48.12±13.80)pg/ml,高于缓解期和对照组[(25.68±11.53)pg/ml和(13.41±4.78)pg/ml)](P<0.05),缓解期高于对照组(P<0.05)。哮喘患者急性发作期8-iso-PG水平与FEV_1%预计值呈负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.05)。结论哮喘急性发作患者EBC中8-iso-PG水平较高,监测8-iso-PG有助于反映哮喘患者病情严重程度。
Objective To investigate the expression of 8-iso-PG (8-iso-PG) in exhaled breath condensate (EBC) in patients with bronchial asthma and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty patients with acute exacerbation of asthma were treated for remission. Another 30 healthy subjects during the same period as the control group. To detect the expression of 8-iso-PG in acute exacerbation, remission and control group of EBC, and to analyze the correlation between 8-iso-PG level and forced expiratory volume in 1 second (predicted FEV 1%) . Results The predicted FEV 1% of acute exacerbation of asthma patients was (96.54 ± 12.36)%, higher than that of the control group (49.31 ± 15.14%) (P <0.05). The level of 8-iso-PG in the acute phase of asthma was (48.12 ± 13.80) pg / ml, higher than that in the control group [(25.68 ± 11.53) pg / ml and (13.41 ± 4.78) pg / ml) <0.05), and the remission period was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The level of 8-iso-PG in patients with acute asthma was negatively correlated with the predicted FEV 1% (r = -0.59, P <0.05). Conclusion The level of 8-iso-PG in EBC is higher in patients with acute asthma attack. Monitoring 8-iso-PG may help to reflect the severity of asthma.
