穿带过程中张力、压力和厚度等激烈变化,传动系统的动态和静态速降,使穿带过程复杂和困难。因此,保证咬人顺利、张力平稳和头部不合格段减少是努力目标。采用头部增厚可使咬人顺利,但还需要相应的速度设定模型相配合。本文在考虑到张力建立,延时和厚度变化,传动系统的动态和静态速降,各机架辊缝的调整等实际情况,由连轧张力公式解决了穿带过程速度动态设定计算问题。该速度设定模型经电子计算机仿真实验证明是可行的,达到了预期效果。它可以提供在生产实践中试用和进一步完善和改进。

The speed setting model is verified by electronic computer simulation experiment is feasible, to achieve the desired results. It can provide a trial and further refinement and improvement in production practice.
