采用EIlsA方法,测定38例急性运动性轴索性神经病及30例对照组血清抗空肠弯曲菌(抗空弯菌)IgG抗体。结果发现,人群中空弯菌感染较普遍,急性运动性轴索性神经病人血清中IgG抗空弯菌抗体阳性检出率及滴度均高与正常对照且抗体水平变化与临床病程基本相符。本实验提示,空弯菌与急性运动性轴索性神经病的发生密切相关。
The EIlsA method was used to determine the serum levels of anti-Campylobacter jejuni (anti-Campylobacter) IgG in 38 patients with acute motor axonal neuropathy and 30 controls. The results showed that the prevalence of hollow bend bacteria in the crowd is more common. The positive rate and titer of IgG antibodies to anti-blanket IgG in the serum of patients with acute motor axonal neuropathy were higher than those of the normal controls. The antibody level was basically consistent with the clinical course. The experiment suggests that the air-bending bacteria and acute motor axonal neuropathy are closely related.
