目的探讨在口服吡格列酮二甲双胍片基础上服用益气养阴方治疗对气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者血脂、糖代谢指标的影响。方法选自西安高新医院于2015年3月至2016年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者108例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组54例与对照组54例。对照组给予口服吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合益气养阴方治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后糖代谢、血脂指标水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(92.59%vs 74.07%,P<0.05);两组治疗后糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)下降,而稳态模型评估胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)增加,与治疗前比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.01);治疗组治疗后Hb A1c、FPG、2h PG、HOMA-IR、TG、TC及LDL-C低于对照组,而HOMA-β、HDL-C高于对照组,且均有统计学差异(P均<0.01);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论益气养阴方联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗对气阴两虚证2型糖尿病疗效显著,其作用机制可能与改善血脂和糖代谢相关,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe on oral lipid-lowering and glycometabolism markers in patients with type 2 diabetes of qi and yin deficiency syndrome. METHODS: One hundred and eighty patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Xi’an High-tech Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into treatment group (54 cases) and control group (54 cases) by random number table. The control group received oral administration of pioglitazone metformin tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin prescription on the basis of the control group. Two groups were 2 weeks for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2 courses. The curative effects of two groups were compared, the changes of glucose metabolism, the level of blood lipid and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (92.59% vs 74.07%, P <0.05). Hb A1c, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (HOMA-IR), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were assessed by the state model. (P <0.01). The levels of Hb A1c, FPG, 2h PG, HOMA-IR, TG, TC and LDL in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment -C were lower than those in the control group, while HOMA-β and HDL-C were higher than those in the control group (all P <0.01). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Yangyin prescription and pioglitazone metformin tablets has significant curative effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus with qi and yin deficiency. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement of blood lipid and glucose metabolism, and it is safe and reliable.
