基于胜任力理论和模糊综合评价理论,本文提出了胜任力指数,并用实际案例数据进行了计算模拟,用以对传统人力资源价值计量模型进行修正,以便能更实际地反映企业人力资源的现状。
Based on competency theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, this paper puts forward the competency index, and uses the actual case data to calculate and simulate to correct the traditional human resource value measurement model in order to reflect the actual status of human resources in a more realistic way.
