今年5月9日,也许是我终生难忘的日子。这一天.我作为杭州市下城区法院的人民陪审员,第一次走上法庭的审判席,参与一起未成年人盗窃案的陪审工作。同时,我也成了杭州252名陪审员中最早走上岗位的4个人之一。开庭前:仔细做好准备工作这一天一早,我就和另一名陪审员到下城区人民法院开始审阅卷宗。事先我也做了一些准备工作。被告人钱平(化名).湖南人,1987年12月生,初中文化水平。从湖南家中独自来杭想找工作,来杭没几天后在街头偷得一部价值4000多元的手机。由于被害人及时发现,钱平扔下手机夺路而逃,最终被街头巡逻的协警抓获。
